Korea's Trade Deficit with Japan Tops US$10 Billion

"South Korea is witnessing a widening trade deficit with Japan.

In a way, it is an inevitable situation because of Korea's heavy reliance on Japanese chip manufacturing equipment and petrochemicals, which are needed to produce major export items.

These circumstances are leading to concerns over a severe trade imbalance between the two countries.

South Korea's trade deficit with Japan has already topped US$10 billion, since the beginning of this year.

Imports from Japan amounted to US$21.4 billion in the January to June period.

Mwahahaha, everything that S.Korea exports is Made in Japan...pWnEd...
